THE STORY

Untamed by WayfarerLady was founded in 2024 by Tamlyn, a Mauritian creative whose work has always been driven by storytelling, artistry and self-expression.

Before entering fashion, Tamlyn built her creative career through WayfarerLady, becoming known for her distinctive fantasy-inspired photography and cinematic visual storytelling. As brands began seeking her artistic direction, she founded Wayfarer Media in 2021, creating original campaigns for businesses across Mauritius. Her work has since been recognised with awards including Most Artistic Influencer (2023) and Creative Design (2024).

Fashion became the natural next chapter.

Untamed was created as a response to an industry increasingly driven by speed and trends. Instead of designing for seasons or mass production, Tamlyn envisioned a denim label where every collection would begin with an idea, evolve through months of refinement, and become wearable art with a story to tell.

Every Untamed piece is personally designed by Tamlyn, blending craftsmanship, rebellion and artistic expression into garments created to be worn, remembered and lived in.

Produced in limited quantities, Untamed doesn't follow trends - it creates eras. Each release carries its own identity, purpose and point of view, inviting people to wear clothing that feels personal rather than predictable.
